Two (2) poached eggs served over queso fresco gorditas topped with chipotle hollandaise and roasted tomatillo with papas rancheras and mint melon.

Guajillo or Roasted tomatillo salsa served with fried tortilla strips, eggs, tomatoes, onions, cilantro queso fresco and crema. Served with Puerco en cascabel and refried beans.

Huevos a la Mexicana “Frittata”
Eggs scrambled with Mexican chorizo, fresh tomatoes, Serrano, onions, cilantro topped with Oaxaca cheese. Served with papas rancheras and mint melon.
